Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA)

About the Opportunity

A well-established, physician-led medical aesthetics and wellness practice in North Phoenix is seeking an experienced Nurse Injector to join its growing team. The practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced aesthetic treatments in a professional, collaborative, and client-focused environment.

We are looking for a polished, motivated provider with excellent communication skills, a passion for aesthetics, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including reviewing medical history, discussing treatment options, explaining risks and benefits, and obtaining informed consent.
• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators (such as Sculptra), and other aesthetic procedures while ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with patients.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in accordance with medical and legal standards.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and treatment techniques through ongoing education and training.
• Learn and implement new procedures, techniques, and product offerings as needed.
• Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Follow all state regulations, safety protocols, infection control standards, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN, NP, or PA license.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators.
• Existing patient following is preferred but not required.
• Strong consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
