Aesthetic Injector

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Aesthetic Injector to join an established and growing medical aesthetics practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled provider who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and creating natural, beautiful results.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in cosmetic injectables, excellent facial assessment and treatment-planning skills, and a genuine interest in building long-term relationships with patients. This role is primarily focused on injectables and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an established and growing aesthetics practice.

Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA license
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments
• Advanced experience with neuromodulators and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers
• Experience with biostimulators such as Sculptra and/or Radiesse preferred
• Strong facial assessment, consultation, and treatment-planning skills
• Excellent patient communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team
• Passion for aesthetics and delivering natural-looking results

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and anatomy
• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Utilize advanced injectable techniques to achieve natural, balanced results
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical photography
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare
• Build and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up
• Contribute to practice growth through outstanding patient outcomes, retention, and referrals
