Aesthetic Injector

We are a new clinician- and scientist-led medical aesthetics practice launching across San Francisco and the Bay Area, with locations in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Gatos, and the Burlingame area. Our founding team is made up of plastic surgeons and research scientists from Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and Duke, and every treatment protocol is developed and refined by clinicians and scientists working side by side. Our proprietary in-house AI models automate much of the manual and administrative work, so you spend your time on the things you love: treating patients and perfecting your craft.

This role is best suited for an experienced injector who is clinically thoughtful, confident with patients, excited by continued learning, and energized by the chance to join a science-driven practice at the ground floor. As one of our founding injectors, you'll work directly with the founding team, help shape our treatment protocols and patient experience, and grow with the practice as we scale across the Bay Area.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly base of $50–$150 per hour, depending on licensure (RN, NP, or PA), skills, and experience, plus an uncapped bonus/commission structure — no upper limit on earning potential. Compensation is designed to reward clinical skill, productivity, and patient retention.
