About the Opportunity

An established and growing medical aesthetics practice is seeking a skilled and patient-focused RN, NP, or PA to join its team. Position Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Administer aesthetic treatments including:
• Neurotoxins
• Dermal fillers
• Microneedling
• Medical-grade chemical peels
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and recommended services
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Build strong patient relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Accurately document treatment notes, consent forms, and patient progress
• Stay current on aesthetic trends, products, and best practices through ongoing education

Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA license
• Aesthetic experience preferred
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and cosmetic procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passion for aesthetics and patient satisfaction
