We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Injector to join our Chattanooga team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who wants to create beautiful, natural results while building long-term patient relationships in a positive, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox and dermal fillers
• Provide laser treatments and support comprehensive skincare plans
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on procedures, outcomes, and aftercare
• Deliver a warm, respectful, and elevated patient experience
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to a professional and uplifting culture

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN, NP, or PA license (Tennessee)
• Experience in aesthetic injectables (Botox & fillers required)
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy
• A passion for exceptional patient care
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A kind, generous, team-oriented spirit

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000 – $180,000 annual earning potential (hourly + performance bonuses)
• Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus
