Advanced Laser Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform treatments across our full device lineup, with a primary focus on the Sciton JOULE platform (Halo, BBL HERO, Forever Young BBL, MOXI, ProFractional, Contour TRL)
• Operate additional energy-based devices including BTL, Genius RF, Sofwave, and others in our treatment menu
• Conduct patient consultations and skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and expected outcome
• Treat a range of concerns: pigmentation, sun damage, acne and scarring, rosacea, skin laxity, fine lines, and texture
• Coordinate with surgeons, injectors, and aesthetics staff on integrated treatment plans

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician license OR Texas RN/NP license in good standing
• 2–3 years of hands-on Sciton experience (BBL/HERO, Halo, and MOXI at minimum)
• Working proficiency with additional energy-based devices such as BTL, Genius RF, and Sofwave (or comparable platforms with willingness to cross-train)
• Experience treating diverse skin types (Fitzpatrick I–VI)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Prior experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medspa settings preferred
