About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented professional to join our growing aesthetics and wellness clinic as a Patient Coordinator & Medical Assistant. This hybrid position combines patient care with clinical and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both patient-facing and behind-the-scenes roles.
At our modern medspa, we specialize in advanced aesthetic and wellness services designed to help patients look and feel their best. From injectables and laser treatments to IV therapy and holistic wellness care, every patient experience is guided by warmth, professionalism, and results-driven excellence.
This role starts part-time with the potential to transition to full-time as our clinic grows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and the clinic calendar efficiently for the Medspa and Wellness team
- Process payments, manage patient accounts
- Handle inquiries, manage the waiting area, and maintain a serene clinic atmosphere
- Assist our practitioners during aesthetic and wellness procedures (e.g., laser treatments, injectables, IV therapy). treatment rooms and ensure they are stocked, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Be the first point of contact, greeting patients with warmth and professionalism in person and over the phone.
- Reports to the Practice manager and Medical Director
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or equivalent experience is preferred
- A genuine passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- A polished, professional appearance and a friendly, confident demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic medical records (EMR) software.
