Job Description
A long-established aesthetics and wellness practice is seeking a New York-licensed Medical Director (MD or DO) to provide clinical oversight, chart review, and mentorship to a small, experienced team of advanced practice providers.
This is a flexible, 2–4 hours/month, contract position ideal for physicians interested in aesthetic medicine, wellness, or regenerative health who want to stay engaged in the field while maintaining work-life balance.
A monthly salary is provided for Medical Director oversight, and we are open to a physician who also wishes to perform aesthetic treatments within the practice.
Our Medical Director must be located in NY State.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and chart review for aesthetic and wellness procedures
- Ensure compliance with New York medical regulations and scope-of-practice laws
- Advise on treatment protocols and patient safety
- Mentor and support advanced practice providers
Qualifications
- Active New York medical license (MD or DO) in good standing
- Board certified in a relevant specialty (Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Family Medicine, etc.)
- Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or regenerative medicine preferred
- Knowledge of clinical compliance and provider supervision requirements
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
- Must be located in NY.
