Luxury Plastic Surgery Practice
We’re seeking a Plastic Surgery Sales Assistant (PCC) to convert patient inquiries into booked procedures while delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience. This role combines consultative sales, patient education, and operational precision — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury medical environment.
- Who You Are
- A closer — you love hearing “yes” and know how to get there without pressure or gimmicks
- A storyteller — you connect patients emotionally to their transformation
- Detail-oriented — insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and follow-up timelines don’t intimidate you
- Empathetic yet confident — you understand patients buy when they trust you
- Coachable and goal-driven — you welcome feedback and love hitting measurable targets
- Polished and professional — you represent a luxury brand with poise in every interaction
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
We offer base hourly plus uncapped commission, benefits including PPO Health Insurance, PTO and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound calls, web inquiries, and consultations into booked surgical procedures with a 90–95% conversion rate
- Conduct patient consultations with precision — confidently presenting treatment options, pricing, and value
- Navigate insurance workflows, including verification, authorizations, and claims for select procedures
- Maintain CRM accuracy: track leads, follow up with urgency, and close with empathy and authority
- Coordinate every aspect of the patient experience pre- and post-op, ensuring it feels seamless, intentional, and elevated
- Handle objections, price concerns, and emotional hesitation with professionalism and emotional intelligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic surgery sales or patient coordination
- Strong understanding of insurance verification and pre-authorization processes
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- CRM fluency (you live inside your metrics)
