Compensation: $75,000–$100,000+ (Base DOE + Commission + Bonuses)

We’re seeking a Lead Aesthetician with advanced experience in Morpheus8, microneedling, HydraFacial, and medical-grade skincare (SkinBetter, Alastin). The ideal candidate is confident in consultations, skilled in patient education, and passionate about creating visible, lasting results.

Average annual earnings: $70,000–$90,000+, depending on performance
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced skin treatments including Morpheus8, microneedling, HydraFacial, and corrective facials.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and create full, personalized treatment plans for each patient.
- Confidently recommend appropriate procedures, products, and membership options to achieve patient goals.
- Build long-term patient relationships through education, follow-up, and consistent results.
- Collaborate with team and management to achieve monthly clinic goals and ensure seamless patient experience.
- Maintain a professional, detail-oriented approach to scheduling, room readiness, and service standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics environment.
- Proficiency in Morpheus8 or RF microneedling required (training available).
- Skilled in HydraFacial and advanced skincare (SkinBetter, Alastin).
- Confident in aesthetic sales, consultation, and treatment plan creation.
- Organized, coachable, and motivated to grow in a high-performance clinic environment.
