I’m Stevi, I've been in the beauty industry since 2009, starting out as a corporate educator with Aveda where I spent 10 years training stylists, leading business workshops, and helping salon owners grow their teams and revenue. From there, I shifted into the medspa world with Milan Laser, managing sales and medical operations for one of their busiest clinics in Kansas., Most recently, I’ve been on the tech side with companies like Boulevard and Aura, helping salons and medspas streamline their systems, book more clients, and run smoother businesses. I’ve done everything from onboarding and training to sales and marketing strategy, basically, if it helps beauty pros thrive I have done it!, I’m passionate about mixing beauty & business, and I love working with brands that truly support this industry from the inside out.
