Right now, I’m a Customer Success Account Manager (post-sale) at InMode, where I manage a five-state territory across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Western PA. It’s a large territory with over 750 active accounts, and I’m responsible for everything from consumables sales and post-sale training to strategic upselling and practice development., What sets me apart is that I’ve run the backend of a medical spa myself. As Marketing Director and Operations Manager at Trouvé Medspa, I was responsible for everything from staff training and lead generation to content creation and website development. I built our SEO-optimized website, grew the Instagram account from under 1,000 to over 4,000 followers organically, launched referral programs, and developed grassroots partnerships that brought in new patients consistently. I understand the daily challenges of running a practice — patient flow, staff engagement, retail sales, device adoption, retention — because I’ve lived them. That hands-on experience has made me an extremely creative and self-sufficient problem solver. I build onboarding programs that help practices pay off their devices faster. I coach teams on how to speak to treatments so patients understand the value. I create marketing toolkits, presentations, flyers, social media plans, and even help practices rebuild their digital presence.
