Hello,, My name is Lise Emilie Arnesen, I currently reside in Honolulu, HI and will be relocating to Tennessee. I hold a Master's degree in Sustainable Environments and Planning from Bond University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from BI Norwegian Business School. During my studies, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Rennes, France, specializing in Marketing. My international experiences living in Norway, France, Australia, and the United States have greatly broadened my perspective and shaped my career ambitions, allowing me to combine my passions with a diverse range of professional expertise., With over 10 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and administration, I have developed a robust skill set in organization, operational management, and effective team collaboration. Most recently, I served as the MedSpa Administrator for Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery, Hawaii’s leading plastic surgery practice. Within less than three years, I earned three promotions and successfully managed two departments, Front Office and Social Media & Marketing, while overseeing a VIP Membership program with over 200 members. In this role, I honed my leadership, project management, financial reporting, policy development, and operational oversight skills., Currently, I teach Pilates part-time for Club Pilates and work as their Senior Sales Representative, where I am the point of contact for incoming studio leads, helping to onboard new members and maintain a top sales performance each month. I also work closely with the studio manager to enhance the member experience and streamline the onboarding process for staff and members., Throughout my career, I have focused on continuous growth, whether it’s taking on new responsibilities or developing processes that enhance business performance and team success.
