Francesca Deacon

Hi :) My name is Francesca Deacon I am currently a Masters of Science Marketing Student at the University of Cincinnati (part-time student a graduate in May 2026) (eligible for full time employment starting now). I work as a Marketing Manger for an aesthetics office and am SO excited for this opportunity. I have previously worked internships in healthcare then quickly landed my job in aesthetics, fell in love with the industry and never want to leave! I came across this job and knew I had to apply. I believe my skills align very well with the job description, I have worked directly with ariessence pure PDGF+ marketing and campaigning the product for the office I work for so I am very familiar with the brand.
