I'm a brand and operations strategist with experience in dermatology and medical aesthetics, focused on elevating practices through thoughtful systems and creative leadership. I bring a blend of strategic clarity, emotional intelligence, and aesthetic insight to every layer of the patient and team experience. My work is both tactical and creative, spanning staff development, internal workflows, patient communication, and brand-aligned marketing with the goal of creating a practice that runs smoothly and feels intentional at every touchpoint. A year ago I stepped down from my operations position to pursue some personal passion projects outside of work. I am now looking to return to a leadership role. I currently live in the bay area, but would like to relocate for the right fit.
