Cynthia Gonzalez

My name is Cynthia Gonzalez, born and raised in San Jose, Ca but currently residing in sunny Santa Cruz. I'm currently a Operations Manager at the Seascape Beach Resort in Aptos. I do have over 7 years of experience in leadership management and prior I was in the medical field as a Medical Assistant with over 10 years of experience. When I moved to Santa Cruz 5 years ago, I wanted to try something new, so I got into Hospitality Management. I learned through my experience in hospitality that I have a strong passion for helping people, making them feel good from the inside out. My heart and mind were and have always been in the medical field. I'm passionate about helping others, both professionally and through my volunteer work supporting the unhoused community and the less fortunate. I'm also an active licensed life insurance agent with a growth mindset and a commitment to continue learning and helping others. I am eager to return to the medical field, where I can blend my operational experience with my deep- rooted passion for patient care.
