Most recently, I was the Director of Aesthetics building a medical spa and plastic surgery office from bones to a flourishing business creating all policies and procedures, handling all ordering and inventory, hired the entire staff, created the business ethos and branding, implemented all POS, EMR and CRM systems, and more. I have strong relationships in this industry and know all aspects of a medical spa from back end, to marketing, to lasers and more.
