Aleksey Ryan
For the past five years, I’ve worked as an aesthetic nurse injector building a strong patient following rooted in transparency, trust, and individualized care. I’ve built my practice by being honest and respectful with my patients, and they value that deeply. As changes are occurring in my current setting, many patients are eager to follow me to a new clinic that aligns with those same values., I’m in the final stretch of my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at North Dakota State University, with an expected graduation in May 2026. While I remain passionate about aesthetics, I’m ready to expand my scope and transition into a dermatology-focused role where I can manage both medical and cosmetic skin concerns., As a first-generation American and a person of color, I’m also driven to promote culturally competent care in dermatology. I’m passionate about increasing inclusivity and cultural competency in dermatology, especially when diagnosing and treating skin conditions in diverse skin tones. I hope to be part of a practice that provides high-quality clinical care and advocates for diversity, inclusion, and equity in skin health. I aim to improve communication, build trust, and reduce disparities in care for underrepresented communities., I’ve included a link to my portfolio here: https://alekseyryan.my.canva.site.
